I was browsing on Manicurator’s blog and found this manicure super inspiring, not to mention easy to do. I’ve pulled out all my materials and had a go for it. I have to admit, it looks better in photos than in person because I could see little perfection caused by the glitter polish. But overall, it will keep me entertain for couple more days before I take it all off.

One: Gather your materials before you start… always. (Black: OPI Morning Glory/White: China Glaze: White on White)
Two: Mask half of the nail off with masking tape. Make sure you stick the tape in the palm of your hand first before applying to nails, that takes some stickiness off so it doesn’t take off your base layer
Three: Paint your second color then carefully remove the tape. Let the second layer dry completely. I dunked my fingers into ice water to speedy up the process.
Four: Repeat step two in a diagonal from cuticle to tip, then paint, remove tape, and let dry.
Five: Finish the manicure with a thick topcoat to even out the uneven layers. I used Poshe Topcoat.
